Echo Hills Townhouse Association carries an insurance policy from Farmers to cover the repair and replacement of the exterior of all dwellings.  Insurance costs are allocated equally to each homeowner and is included in the monthly HOA assessment fee. Realtors may request a copy of the policies for buyers under contract.

 

Each homeowner must have insurance for personal possessions and the interior of his unit.
