The EHTA2 monthly HOA dues are currently $162.00. HOA dues pay for common area landscaping, all mowing, snow removal from asphalt plus common area steps and walkway to units 16 & 17, asphalt maintenance, common retaining walls and exterior building paint.  The Board of Directors strives to be financially responsible and in so doing maintains a checking account for routine operating expenses, a savings account for extraordinary property repair/maintenance expenses and a time deposit for growth of reserve monies.  Special assessments may be necessary for emergency needs. Realtors may request copies of financial statements for buyers under contract.
