The EHTA2 monthly HOA dues are currently $348, which includes maintenance and exterior insurance.  The Board of Directors strives to be financially responsible and in so doing maintains a checking account for routine operating expenses and a savings account as reserve funding for extraordinary property or maintenance expenses.  Special assessments may be necessary for emergency needs.  Realtors may request copies of financial statements for buyers under contract.
